どのようなモチーフであっても、現実の光景をそのまま写すのではなく、自らの心の機微によって動機づけられた、絵としての美しさ、絵ならではの表現を追い求めています。

Whatever the motif, I want to pursue beauty as a picture, an expression unique, motivated by the subtleties of my own mind, rather than simply copying a scene from reality.
